| 摘 要： | 信息技术外包已成为信息技术发展的主要方法 .但是 ,信息技术外包的每个过程都隐藏着风险 ,套牢问题始终困扰公司 ,并阻滞信息技术外包策略传播 .本文研究信息技术外包套牢产生的原因 ,探讨保证项目效用最大并能缓解套牢问题的合同设计 .

| Abstract: | IT outsourcing has become the important way to improve and develop IT. But every step of IT outsourcing hides many kinds of risk, and hold-up puzzles users and slows the diffusion of IT Outsourcing. This paper studies the cause of hold-up in IT outsourcing, and discusses the contract design, which maximize IT project′s performance and mitigate hold-up. |
