| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the general situation of Chinese dig ital libraries' construction, and through the deep analyses on the employees' qu ality and reader service modes of Chinese digital libraries, points out the comm on problems existing in human resource construction of current digital libraries , and puts forwards the corresponding improving ideas and suggestions in the lig ht of these problems. |
