| 摘 要： | 本文采用随机抽样调查法，对大学生体育运动心理障碍的成因进行了分析．研究证明，大学生在体育运动过程中有43．2％存在不同程度的心理障碍．在高校体育运动中加强对大学生生理、心理、健康卫生等方面知识的教育，对克服大学生运动心理障碍具有积极作用。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the causes of the college students' Psychological barrier in physical education by applying the approach of random samples. The study shows that 43 .2% of the students have various levels of psychological barrer problem . It plays a positive role to strengthen the instruc- tion in Physiology,Psychology and Health to them in order to overcome the students' Psychological barrier. |
