| Abstract: | After making a thorough analysis of the arrangement of athletic events in Linfen Prefecture according to the theory of the analytic hierarchy process,the authors of this article provide a scientific basis both for deciding on the strategic points in the ar- rangement of the athletic events in that prefecture and for thd basic-level leaders' mak- ing a strategic decision. |
