摘    要:研究了有机染料掺杂聚合物薄膜器件的J-U特性,发现存在明显的负电阻现象,制备了不同结构的有机染料掺杂聚合物薄膜器件进行了能级分析,表明载流子的不平衡流入对器件J-U曲线负电阻特性影响显著。

Abstract:The J U characteristics of organic dye doped polymer thin film devices were investigated. The anomalous negative resistance characteristics were observed. The effect of the structure of devices on negative resistance characteristics of the organic dye doped polymer film was studied and energy levels of devices were analyzed. The results show that the negative resistance characteristic was affected by the unbalanced injection of charge carriers remarkably.
