摘    要:分析表明,约束适应控制系统用于径向非等刚度回转零件的磨削过程中,并不能提高被磨表面的几何精度.其原因在于,该系统产生的补偿力不符合工件的成圆机理.针对这一问题,设计了一补偿力与成圆机理相符的自适应控制系统.

Abstract:In cylh6hcal cross-grinding,the error in geometric form of a workpiece being machinedis caused by many factors.The most important one under similar conditions is the grindingforce,especially for slender shafts;However,a constrained adaptive control system is usedand,if the workpiece is of constant radial rigidity in one rotation,the geometric accuracywould be improved.But when the radial rigidity of the workpiece is variable,the geometricform error would be increased.The reason why the error is increased is discussed and theoutline of a self-adaptive control system for improvement is given.
