摘    要:市场定位是企业着意配置和挖掘产品和服务的特色,就是寻找差异性。本文从分析市场对产品的特色要求、竞争者所提供的产品的特色以及本企业产品的状况着手,提出并建立了一种市场定位模型,通过对定位模型的阐释,以期能够有助于企业确定自己的市场定位。

Abstract:Market positioning is one of the characteristics of an enterprise which take pains to allocate and explore products and services, that is to discover the differences. From the perspective of analyzing product characteristics demanded by the market, the characteristics of the products supplied by the competitor, and the state of the products in the enterprise, this paper proposes and builds one market positioning model. It is hoped that the interpretation of this model will help enterprises to get an ideal market position.
