| 摘 要： | 提出了在建筑业内引入精益建造理论的观点，构建基于精益理论的成本控制管理新模式．从传统施工组织设计的角度出发，以某工程施工现场发生的实际成本数据为基础，构建了支持精益建造理论的各单项成本和浪费指标的数学模型，进一步分析确定的各项指标与时间的函数关系．最后，运用工程优化方法对总成本目标函数中主要指标进行敏感性分析，得到了主要浪费指标对施工现场总成本的影响程度．

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the principles of lean construction, and a new cost control management model is built based on lean thinking. From the perspective of traditional constmction design, combined with actual cost data of one construction project, a mathematical model is built about construction project cost and waste indicators based on lean construction theory. The function relationship between each indica- tor and time is identified and analyzed. Finally, the engineering optimization method is used to perform sen- sitivity analysis of main indicators in the total cost objective function. The influence degree of main waste indicators on the total cost of the construction project is obtained. |
