| 摘 要： | 美国社会的移民特点及其政治社会形成的特殊性两者相结合，造就了美国鲜明的法治风尚。以英国人为主体的欧洲移民把法治观念带进了北美，并使它在这片土地上继续发展。随着美国政治社会的逐渐形成，法律至上主义成为美利坚民族的共同的价值取向。文章试图从历史的角度来探究美国法治风尚的原因，借以寻求法治社会形成的普遍规律。

| Abstract: | The combination of the characteristics of American immigrants and that during the establishment of its society resulted in its observing of rule of law. European immigrants with a dominant population of British brought the notion of law to North America and developed it. As American society gradually established, all the Americans pursue and observe the rule of law. This essay explores the reasons for this social custom from the angle of American history, hoping to discover the general rule in the forming of a legalized society. |
