| 摘 要： | 本院学报来稿存在篇幅长、文章残缺不全、一稿多投等问题,给学报编辑出版工作带来了很大的困难,造成了人力、物力、时间和精力的浪费,影响学报工作质量和进度,因此,学报来稿问题亟待解决.针对方方面面的学报来稿问题,提出了关于解决学报来稿问题的有关建议和措施.

| Abstract: | Over-long, incomplete, and multi-delivered papers have caused many difficulties for our journal editing and printing. It not only wastes manpower, material resources, but also time and energy. It lowers the speed of editing and the quality of the journal. Therefore, these exiting problems have to be solved. This paper offers some suggestions on how to solve the above-mentioned problems. |
