摘    要:调查我省大学生的营养状况、饮食行为与习惯,为我省健康教育提供参考,达到提高大学生健康水平的目的。采用年级分层抽样方法抽取400名大学生做为调查对象进行研究,发现我校大学生男女生体重、BMI指数均低于国家平均值,部分学生饮食行为和习惯不科学,膳食结构不均衡。因此,我们应加强大学生营养知识的教育,改善学校食堂的软、硬件条件,培养学生良好的饮食习惯,提高学生的身体素质。

Abstract:Investigating the nutritional status, dietary behaviors and habits among the university students in Henan province is intended to provide reference for implementing health education and improve students' health level. 400 university students were selected for questionnaire survey by grade stratified random sampling method. The results showed that both the BMI index and body weight of the male and female university students were lower referring to the national average. The dietary behaviors and habits of some students were not scientific and the dietary structures were unbalanced. Therefore, we must strengthen students' nutrient knowledge, improve the food quality in university canteen, develop students' good dietary habits and promote their physical quality.
