| 摘 要： | 随着经济的不断发展，民间融资不断增多，在促进民营经济发展的同时也出现了不少问题。对河南省民间融资的发展现状进行研究，科学界定其含义、类型和特征，对于政府制定相关金融政策和促进民间融资的健康发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | With the development of economy, more and more folk financing institutes appears, accompanied with some problems while promoting the development of private economy. This paper studies the present status of folk financing and gives a scientific definition of the meaning, types and features of it, which is significant for the government to formulate financial policies and promote the development of folk financing. |
