茶油遗传毒性的评价

摘    要:目的:评价茶油的急性毒性和遗传毒性作用.方法:小鼠急性毒性试验、Ames试验,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验.结果:受试茶油雌、雄小鼠经口LD50均大于20 mL/kgBW,属无毒物质;Ames试验、微核试验和精子畸形试验结果均为阴性.结论:在本次实验条件下,受试茶油为无毒物质,未显示有遗传毒性作用.

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the genetic toxicity of tea oil.Methods:Acute oral toxicity test in mice, Ames test, micronucleus test of bone marrow PCE cell and sperm abnormality test in mice were used. Results:LD_(50) of tea oil is more than 20 mL/kgBW by the acute toxicity. The results of genetic toxicity tests are all negative,including Ames test, micronucleus test and sperm adnormality test. Conclusion:Tea oil was considered a substance with no toxicity and mutagenic activity.
