基于BSC的高校战略绩效评估体系构建

摘    要:从我国高校绩效评估现状及存在的问题出发,对构建基于平衡计分卡的高效战略绩效评估体系进行定性分析.根据高校绩效评估的目标,从社会服务、财务资源、内部流程、组织创新等4个维度设计评估指标体系.该评估体系对于提高学校的管理效率,强化教职工的责任意识,激发教职工的积极性和创造性,实现高校发展目标具有重要意义.

Abstract:The current situation and existing problems of performance evaluation in the analyzed qualitatively. According to the performance evaluation target, an evaluation in designed from four dimensions which were social services, financial resources, internal organizational innovation. The evaluation system is of great significance to improve the universities dex system processes, are was efficiency of the school of management, strengthen the responsibility consciousness of the staff, motivate staff enthusi asm and creativity, and realize the development goals of colleges and universities.
