多孔材料检测系统的设计与实现

摘    要:为了实现多孔材料各项性能参数表征的自动化,该系统基于气泡法与中流量孔径法,采用单片机驱动硬件部分采集数据,通过RS232串行口将检测数据传送至上位机。软件系统采用X3协同管理系统中的业务建模工具,实现了试样数据处理,求得各项检测数据,并作对比分析。

Abstract:Based on the gas bubble method and mean-flow pore size method ,the performance parameters of the porous material automatic detection is achieved .The hardware parts of data collection is driven by single chip microcomputer and through RS232 serial port to transmit the detection data to computer . The business modeling tool of X3 collaborative management system is used to realize the data process-ing ,calculate the various testing data ,analyse the results of experimental and the error within the al-low able range .
