摘 要: | 应用虚拟仪器测试技术开发了一套高速并条机自调匀整装置测试仪器。首先构建自调匀整装置的测试系统,其次利用LabVIEW软件对跳条实验所采集的纱条条干数据进行频谱分析,最后根据所得的纱条条干不匀曲线,检测出并条机的匀整延迟时间。经在线调试后的自调匀整装置,可以基本消除因匀整时间过长或过短所带来的纱条条干不匀,有效提高了输出纱条的条干质量,降低了调试人员的工作量。

Abstract: | A testing instrument with virtual instrument test technology is built .Firstly ,the main frame is designed .Then frequency spectrum of sliver evenness data is analyzed with LebVIEW software .Finally , according to the strand unevenness curve ,the correction delay time is accurately tested .This instrument can reduce the worklood and improve the quality of output sliver evenness . |
