铝箔填料在直接蒸发冷却机组中的性能分析

摘    要:在近乎相同的入口条件下,对不同厚度的金属铝箔填料、在不同迎面风速、淋水密度的组合下进行蒸发冷却效率和阻力的实验测试。通过无重复双因素分析法和图表法对实验数据进行分析。测试结果表明,铝箔填料的最佳厚度为300~500mm;迎面风速为2~4m/s;淋水密度为3600~9000kg/(m^2· ;h)。

Abstract:It the same entrance conditions ,evaporative cooling efficieney and resistance of metal foil pack-ing was tested at the different combination of packing thickness ,wind speed and water spray denisty . Through the non-repeated two-factor analysis method and graph method ,the experimental data was ana-lyzed respectively .The results show that the optimum thickness of aluminum foil packing can be set by 300~500mm ;wind speed can be set 2~4m/s ;water spray density can be set 3 600~9 000kg/(m2 · h) .
