服务化视角下企业组织柔性评价模型

摘    要:选取制造企业柔性组织为研究对象,结合制造企业组织特点,提出制造企业组织柔性的六维度模型。并以西安市典型制造企业为对象进行问卷调查,运用因子分析、结构方程模型等方法进行验证。结果显示,组织柔性的六维度模型具有较高的优度。

Abstract:T he flexibility organization is chosen as the research object .On the basis of existing research , combined with the characteristics of manufacturing enterprise organization ,the six-dimensional model of manufacturing orgainzational flexibility is put forward .The typical manufacturing enterprises in Xi′an are selected as subjects in questionaire survey ,and factor analysis and structural equation model are used to carry out the emperical validation .T he result of the emperical data show s that organizational flexibil-ity of six dimensional model has a higher degree of validity .
