蓖麻的花粉形态及营养成分研究

摘    要:本文采用扫描电子显微镜及透射电子显微镜对蓖麻的花粉形态、外壁的层次及表面纹饰进行了系统观察,报道花粉的氨基酸、维生素、矿质元素等营养成分的分析测定结果,为蓖麻花粉的开发利用提供科学依据。

Abstract:This paper deals with pollen morphology of Ricinus communis L. that were examined under scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microsacope and its nutrition composition. The result show: Amino acid 32.45%. Essential amino acid 11.77%.Mineral element.Vitamin and other nutrients are rich in the pollen. It furnishes scientific evidence for exploiting of the pollen resources of Ricinus communis L.
