药剂优化对焦煤煤泥浮选影响的研究

摘    要:利用两因素三水平正交试验对浮选系统中捕收剂和起泡剂的用量以及配比进行优化研究,并通过精煤产率和浮选完善指标分别对浮选效果进行评价,结果表明:这两个评价指标所对应的最佳药剂条件并不一致,且捕收剂对浮选效果影响大;利用探索试验对捕收剂做进一步的优化,试验表明在捕收剂用量为900 g/t,起泡剂用量为100 g/t时浮选精煤产率最大,节能减排效果最佳.

Abstract:The dosage and proportion of collector and frother were studied in flotation system by using orthognal array with two facts and three levels,and the flotation effect was evaluated by clean coal yield and perfect index of flotation.The result show on that the best agent condition was unconform with the two evaluation index,and collector greatly impacted on the flotation results.Moreover,in order to further optimize collecting agent by using exploratory test,the best effect of energy saving and emission reduc...
