| 摘 要： | 针对工程经济给出寿命期不等的互斥方案求解的诸解法之间关系问题，基于买方原则，证明互斥方案的多种解法具有内在一致性．证明结果表明，各种解法的解导致相同的选择，以短期寿命方案为研究期计算净现值比较，不需要各方案可完全重复的假设，且计算量不大；诸方法中以直接计算各方案之净年值并取最大者为最简单．

| Abstract: | There are several solutions for exclusive projects in engineering economics and there are no systematic researches for these solutions mentioned above. Based on buyers principle, an inherent consistency was proved in the solutions. The results show that all these solutions lead to the same choice. The short-term life scheme is used as study length to calculate the net present values of each project, and every project can be absolutely repeated without suppose. The workload of the above method is not too much, and the method through which the net annul values are calculated directly and get the maximum is the simplest one. |
