摘    要:以(NH4)2HPO4和Ca(NO3)2.4 H2O为原料,液相液相沉淀法制得磷酸钙盐的混合粉体.混合粉体高温煅烧处理后制得β-磷酸三钙(β-TCP)粉体.化学分析法分析了混合粉体的钙磷比,对β-TCP粉体进行了X射线衍射(XRD)及透射电镜(TEM)分析.结果表明,共沉淀过程中,体系的pH对粉体的晶相有影响,过高的pH导致晶相的组成中羟基磷灰石(HA)的存在;液相沉淀法制备的粉料晶粒细小,在高温下有较快的β-TCP转化速率,750℃,2 h,即可获得完全β-TCP相.

Abstract:Calcium phosphates mixture were synthesized from the NH4HCO3,(NH4)2HPO4 and Ca(NO3)2·4H2O by liquid coprecipitating way.The mixed powder was calcined at high temperature,and β-tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP) was prepared.Ca/P molecular ratio of the mixed powder was determined with chemical analysis method.The crystallite phase,micro-morphology and crystallite size of β-TCP powder were characterized by XRD and TEM .The results showed that the pH under the process of precipitating influenced the final powders'crystal phase.Over-high pH value resulted in the formation of hydroxypitate(HA) in the composition of the powder.The coprecipitated powder has more fine size,and fast tranformation rate towards β-TCP phase at high temperature.At the temperature about 700 ℃,the perfect β-TCP could be obtained within 2 hours.
