| 摘 要： | 法学学科难以自给自足,它离不开其他学科的理论支持。作为法学分支的经济法也不例外。经济法自诞生之日起就与经济学保持着千丝万缕的联系。分析这种联系,可以得出以下三个结论:其一,利益最大化是经济法与经济学的共同基础;其二,均衡是经济法与经济学的共同追求;其三,效率是经济法与经济学的共同价值。

| Abstract: | The science of law is not a self-sufficiency subject, for it needs other subjects to support it, nor is the science of economic law. The inner connections between economic law and economics exist in the following three aspects. First, profit-maximization is the common base of economic law and economics. Second, equilibrium is the common pursuits of economic law and economics. Third, efficiency is the common value of economic law and economics. |
