摘    要:在Bethe小孔衍射偶极子理论模型和光波导理论的基础上,推导了有限厚导体屏上纳米小孔近场光强的分布公式,得到了小孔近场电磁场分布的严格解.计算结果不仅对深入了解近场光的辐射机理非常有益,而且可直接应用于非探针型近场光学显微镜中基码板的设计.

Abstract:Based on the dipole diffraction theory of small circular apertures by Bethe and the waveguide theory, the near field optic distributing formula of the nanometer small circular apertures on a thick conducting screen was developed and a rigorous near field electromagnetic resolution of the small circular apertures was obtained. The results were relevant to the study of the radiation principle of the near field optics and can apply to the design of the non probe near field optical microscopy.
