摘    要:以长春市某公园景观水体为研究对象, 对其在冰封过程中营养盐在冰层和水体中的存在形态、 叶绿素a等的时空分布特征, 以及营养盐与叶绿素a之间的关系进行研究. 结果表明, 冰封条件下, 冰层中营养盐的含量约为水体中的1/3, 叶绿素a约为水体中的1/5. 水体中的氮主要以无机氮的形态存在, 且ρNH+4NO-3NO-2; 磷以溶解性总磷为主; 叶绿素a在冰封过程中缓慢增长. 底层水体中,ρNH+4, TP高于上层水体.

Abstract:The distribution characteristics of nutrient and chlorophyll a in the ice layer and water during the icebound season in the landscape water of a certain park of Changchun and the relationship between nutrient and chlorophyll a were studied. The results show that the content of nutrient in ice layer was about one third that of it in water and the content of chlorophyll a in ice layer was about one fifth that of it in water during icebound season. The inorganic nitrogen was main component part and their concentrations were ρNH+4NO-3NO-2 in water; the phosphorus was mostly soluble in water; the concentration of chlorophyll a increased slowly throughout icebound season and ρNH+4,, ρTP, in the low level water were higher than the corresponding ones in the high level water.
