餐旅企业管理专业实践性教学环节改革的思考

摘    要:目前,旅游行业的兴旺,给旅游企业的发展带来了良好的机遇。如何使旅游教育适应形势的发展,是餐旅企业管理专业实践性教学环节改革的基本任务;面向企业、面向社会、加强市场观念意识的灌输是实践性教学环节改革的基础;实践性教学改革的模式是实现专业培养目标、满足旅游企业对人才需求的关键;有效的监督考核机制是实践性教学环节改革成功的保证。

Abstract:At present,a prosperous tourism has brought a good chance for tourist enterprises.How can the education in tour meet the needs of the development becomes a basic task of reform in teaching links of Restaurant and Tour Management speciality.The foundation of reform in practical teaching links is to face enterprises,face society and strengthen the market conciousness.The mode of reform is to achieve its professional training aim,meet the demands of tourist enterprises.Effcient supervising system is the guarante of its application.
