| Abstract: | The legal administration of education means that in the administration,direction and supervision of the educational affairs and the school daily routines as well as in dealing with the related affairs of education,all the procedures should be performed according to the constitution,the laws,and rules and regulations.Realizing the legal administration of education is the important part of education reform as well as the objective of the reform of the educational system,which is of great significance for further deepening the education reform. |
