| 摘 要： | 开封市在古都文化开发中存在的突出问题表现在三个方面：没有突出文化品位，项目开发缺乏科学的次序和节奏，文化产品的更新换代较为缓慢。针对此问题的对策有二：一是通过媒体的文化专栏、各类学校的古都文化课程和街头碑文等方式，增进开封市民的古都文化认同感。二是通过企业家与文化人的联合实现文化与产品的捆绑。
