高铝锌基合金的气焊工艺

摘    要:采用三种不同焊丝,对ZA12和ZA27合金进行大量气焊试验.结果表明,采用由氯化物、氟化物组成的气剂(气焊焊剂),合适的焊丝及气焊工艺,可满足一般高铝锌基冶金焊接需要.

Abstract:Amounts of gas welding experiments have been carried out on ZA12 and ZA27 alloys bythree different welding wires in this paper.The results show that it satisfy the common high aluminum zinc-alloy welding needs by the welding flux made of choride,fluorine suitable welding wire and gas welding technologe.
