| 摘 要： | 为了满足汽车生产的需要，用一块通用的集成控制芯片ＳＧ２５２５作为ＤＣ－ＤＣ变换器基本电路中功率ＭＯＳ开关管的驱动电路，研制出了电路简单、性能卓越且便于集成在一块半导体芯片上的直流马达驱动器。这种驱动器不但具有功率密度高、效率高、结构简易、价廉等优点，还具有很高的电压、转速稳定度，同时还有对过流和过压快速响应的保护功能，能有效防止过流或过压对直流以马克造成的危害。

| Abstract: | In order to satisfy the future demand that is on the rise in automobile industry, a general IC chip SG3525 can be used to control the switch of the DC DC converter in motor driver. The DC motor driver can also be integrated into a semi conductor chip. The DC motor driver designed by this way has high power density, high efficiency, simple configuration and good stability, and it is also protected against over voltage. |
