仿真软件在脉冲激光器驱动电源设计中的应用

摘    要:分析了半导体激光器对驱动电源的要求,介绍了仿真软件Multisim的主要功能及特点,利用Multisim设计了性能稳定的脉冲激光器驱动电源,给出了脉冲频率、占空比等参数的理论及实验值.

Abstract:This paper analyzed the requests of power for laser diode, introduced the main function and characteristics of a simulation software, Multisim, with which laser diode power supplies with stable performance were designed, and provided the theoretical and experiment values of the parameters such as pulse frequency.
