| 摘 要： | 新闻发言人从单纯发布信息逐步演进为政府与公众进行交流沟通的重要渠道,已经成为改进政府工作方式的主要内容,这对于保障公民的知情权,促进社会公正的实现起到了积极作用.从新闻学原理解读新闻发言人有助于廓清认识、健全机制、发挥新闻发言人应有的作用.

| Abstract: | News spokesman used to simply issue information and evolved into communication between the government and the public. It has already been the main content of improving the government work style, which plays an active role in guaranteeing citizens right in the know and promoting realization of social justice. From the journalistic theory this paper deconstructs news spokesman's role in helping clear the recognition and perfect the system. |
