| 摘 要： | 针对常用机械零件的特点全面分析了影响机械零件热变形的因素，指出机械零件的热变形除受材料热膨胀的影响之外还受到其它５种因素的影响；文章还选取了以两种材料加工的圆筒为实验对象，通过实验证明了机械零件的受热变形与材料的热膨胀有显著的不同。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the characte ristics of mechanical part,this paper investigates the factors which influence thermal deformation of mechanical part thoroughly.It is believed that the thermal deformation of mechanical part is influenced by another five sorts of factors besides material thermal expansion.Two cylinders of different materials are taken as measuring objects and it is proved through experiment that thermal deformation of mechanical part is distinctly different from material thermal expansion. |
