数控加工物理仿真关键技术的初探

摘    要:数控加工仿真是CAD/CAM领域的重要研究内容。目前数控仿真工作主要是几何仿真,几何仿真与真正的实际数控加工还有差距。鉴于几何仿真技术的发展和完善,提出数控加工物理仿真,从而将数控加工仿真技术的研究推进一步,并提出物理仿真具有的功能,即有视觉、听觉、触觉;物理仿真的实现,即建立机床、刀具、夹具、材料、粗糙度和精度、随机性事件的模型库,以力学分析实现力学仿真;指出了物理仿真的难点,进行了物理仿真的展望。

Abstract:NC simulation is a key research subject of CAD/CAM, and at present it is mainly on geometrical simulation. For the development and maturity of the technology of geometrical simulation, physical simulation should be on the agenda for furthering the research of NC simulation. The paper describes the functions that a system of physical simulation should have, including seeing, hearing and feeling, and describes how to implement the physical simulation, by building respective databases of model of tools, clamps, material, roughness and precision, and random events. Difficulties are listed at the end of the paper, as well as the perspective of physical simulation of NC machining.
