| 摘 要： | 采用ArclMS作为地图发布平台，将ArcGIS作为ArcIMS的数据处理平台实现了基于ArcMapServer的火场地图数据发布，并通过对ArcIMS的2次开发，以WebGIS为技术支持，结合林火信息管理的需求，建立基于．NET平台林火信息发布系统．详细地介绍了该系统的总体设计，包括平台和技术路径的选择、系统的结构体系和发布流程，给出了系统的实现方法．实现了林火信息的动态发布，为森林火灾的管理、扑救和决策提供了依据．

| Abstract: | Adopting ArclMS as the map publishing platform, the data processing platform which is used ArcGIS as ArcIMS realized and the map data of the scene of a fire based on ArcMap Server are released. A forest fire information publishing system on the basis of. NET platform was established by the secondary development of ArcIMS and by combining with the demand of the fire information management of forest. This paper presents overall designing, including selection of platform and technical methods, system framework, and publishing procedure and provides the implementation method of system. The dynamic publishing of the forest fire information was realized and it has offered the basis for management, rush to save forest fire, and decision making policy of the forest fire. |
