| 摘 要： | 圆弧齿轮对于制造误差比较敏感，本文应用空间啮合原理对存在误差时圆弧齿轮的啮合进行了理论分析，首次导出了存在误差时圆弧齿轮啮合参数的求解方程，并在此基础上计算分析了中心距误差对圆弧齿轮瞬时接触区、接触应力分布和轮齿弯曲应力的影响。

| Abstract: | It is well known that corcular-arc gears are sensitive to errors,which reduce thier load-carring capacity.In this paper,the equation on the meshparameter of circular-arc gear is deduced by means of space mesh priciple,and theinfluence of centre-distance tolerance on the tooth bending stress,contact area,and contact stress distribution is analysed. |
