| Abstract: | In laser genetic brccting, the biological effects of lasers depend not only on irradiants parametcs but also on the irradiant position or a living organism and on the irradiant season and so on The mechnism of induced mutatiion of UV and visible laser is mainly photochemacal reaction. In strong doses infrared laser is mainly multiphoton absorption.For weak doses thermal effects and coherrence resonnance (non-thermal) of- fects exist simultaneously. |
