汽车传动参数的模糊优化设计

摘    要:汽车传动系对整车的动力性和经济性有很大的影响。该文在汽车动力性和经济性模拟计算的基础上,应用模糊优化理论对汽车传动参数进行了全面的模糊优化。由于考虑了设计要求和路面附着因数的模糊性,所建立的模糊优化模型能够全面而真实地体现设计者的决策思想,兼顾了汽车动力性和经济性两方面的要求,从而实现传动参数与整车及发动机的优化匹配。以某旅行车传动参数的优化为例,证明了采用该文的优化方法可得到比常规优化方法更好的设计结果。

Abstract:The automobile driveline has substantial influence on both dynamic performance and fuel economy of vehicle. Based on the simulation method of automotive performance and fuel economy and with applications of fuzzy optimization theories, a comprehensive fuzzy optimization of automobile transmission parameters has been fulfilled in the paper. Due to considerations of the fuzziness of design requirements and road traction factor, the fuzzy optimization model built can embody the decisive ideas of the designer comprehensively and truly. It can meet the demands of both dynamic performance and fuel economy of the vehicle and reach optimal matching of transmission parameters with the vehicle as a whole and its engine. An example of the optimization of bus transmission parameters is given and it is verified that better design results are obtained with the optimization method provided in this paper than with normal optimization ones.
