摘    要:对消费者行为的研究是企业制定市场营销策略的基础.在网络经济时代,消费者行为呈现出崭新的特征.因此,企业有必要认真分析影响消费者行为的因素,并制定合理、有效的营销策略,以满足消费者的需求,实现企业的目标.

Abstract:The research on consumers' behavior is the base on which every enterprise establishes its marketing tactics.In the age of internet economy,the consumers' behavior has brand-new characteristics.Therefore,the enterprises should earnestly analyze those factors that affect consumers' behavior so as to formulate rational and effective marketing tactics in order to meet consumers' needs and achieve their goals.
