高职院校实施学分制的研究分析

高职院校实施学分制,要根据学生志趣特点、职业规划和从业切入点的不同,设计出合理的具有弹性的指导性教学计划和课程体系;要建立一支专兼结合、理论与实践结合、教学与生产结合的符合职业教育要求的高素质师资队伍;要改革教学和学生管理制度,合理配置教育资源,充分发挥学分制的作用。
