| 摘 要： | 利用黑龙江省12个主要城市的11项指标,分别采用综合指数法、层次分析法、主成分分析法和因子分析法进行综合评价和排位;针对4种单一模型的不足,建立模糊Borda的组合评价模型,应用该模型对黑龙江省的12个主要城市做了进一步的评价和排位。最后根据数据结果,提出相应意见。
