高纯超细BaTiO3的合成及其应用性能

摘    要:在分析Ba^2+,BiO2+与草酸混合体系热力学平衡的基础上,提出了将Tio^2+与草酸混合,在一定的pH值时生成钛配阴离子,再与BaCl2昨分解反应、直接沉淀出BaTiO3的前驱体-草酸氧钛钡,最终经煅烧得BaTiO3粉体的合成新工艺。

Abstract:A new process for preparing barium titanyl oxalate tetrahydrate was proposed on the basis of analyzing the thermodynamic equilibrium of mixed system of Ba2+,TiO2+ and oxalate.The complex[ TiO (C2O4)2]2-was formed by mixing TiO2+ and oxalate with the pH value of the solution controlled.The precursor of BaTiO3 was prepared by the complex-decomposition of the mixing product of BaCl2 and complex ion.BaTiO3 powder was obtained by calcining the precursor.The Ba/Ti ratio and harmful impurity of BaTiO3 was analyzed by the methods of chemical analysis and X-fluorescence spectrum.The crystal structure,particle size and morphology of the BaTiO3 are characterized by XRD,TEM,etc.,The results showed that the BaTiO3 powder obtained from the process is in higher purity, small pariticle and narrow size distribution.The product exhibited fine properties when applying to PTC component and layered capacity.
