摘    要:研究了活性炭对染料废水色度和COD的去除率,考察了温度、pH值和活性炭量对废水脱色率的影响.结果表明.活性炭量是脱色率的主要影响因素.室温下.初始浓度为250mg/L时,处理酸性品红、碱性品红、活性黑B-133染料废水的活性炭最佳用量分别为0.8%、1.0%、2.0%.脱色率均在97%以上.COD去除率分别为63.28%、95.66%、84.62%.

Abstract:Three kinds of dyeing wastewater (fuchsin acid,fuchsin basic and reactive black B-133) were treated with activated carbon (AC) to remove color and chemical oxygen demand (COD).AC and dyeing wastewater were fed in the conical flask and oscillated by the oscillator for some time.Then the mixture was centrifuged at 1 500 r/min for 10 minutes,and the pellucid liquid was got to measure its absorbency.The effects of the time,temperature,pH value,AC dose on the color removal were investigated,and accordingly the optimal operating conditions were determined.The experiment results showed that the equilibrium time of three kinds of dyeing wastewater was 3.5,6,17 h respectively.The color removal increased with increasing AC dose,then attained equilibrium and remained constant thereafter.The optimal AC dose for fuchsin acid,fuchsin basic and reactive black B-133 dyeing wastewater was 0.8%,1.0% and 2.0%.In general pH value did not have significant influence on the color removal.When the temperature increased,the color removal efficiency from the dyeing wastewater increased.Under the optimal conditions,the color removal of the three kinds of dyeing wastewater reached over 97%,and the COD removal reached 63.28%,95.66% and 84.62% respectively.
