| 摘 要： | 本文对S1100柴油机机体进行模态试验和受迫响应模拟分析,得到其结构的动态特性.研究结果表明该机体缸口平面和主轴承孔部位,在动态响应状态下存在某些明显的缺陷,为改进柴油机的密封性能,消除冲垫现象及合理设计机体结构,提供了一定的依据.

| Abstract: | The authors present the modal test of S1100 diesel engine and its forced response analysis under simulated working conditions, and obtain its structural characteristics. It is pointed out that there are some defects in its cylindcrside plane and the main bearing holes under the dynamic response conditions. The research results provide a reliable and scientific basis for solving the sealing performance, leakage and rational design of the cylinder block structure of the diesel engine. |
