| Abstract: | This paper introduces the necessity of working out the competitive strategy of enterprise's intellectual property right, expounds the measures adopted by the foreign and domestic enterprises, and illustrates the establishment and implement of the competitive strategy of Chinese enterprises' intellectual property right from aspects of setting up the long-term developing target, establishing the prewarning mechanism, composing enterprises' strategic association, perfecting the organizational institution, and using the foreign experiments for reference, etc. |
