| 摘 要： | 邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观是山西制定和实施城镇化战略的理论基础，山西城镇化应当每隔几年上一个新台阶。我们要以经济建设为中心，勇于改革，大胆创新，认真贯彻科学发展观，赶上和超过国内先进水平，从根本上解决“三农”问题。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping Theory, "Three Representatives" and scientific development view are theoretical basis for us to make and implement the urbanization strategy in Shanxi; the urbanization of Shanxi should attain a new height every several years. We should focus on the central task of economic construction, reform and innovate audaciously and observe the scientific development view conscientiously to catch up and overtake domestic advanced areas and solve the issue of "Three Rurals" fundamentally. |
