基于熵权TOPSIS的服装企业节能环保评价模型

摘    要:依据产业集群、政府或行业组织、企业、客户4个层面构建了服装企业节能环保的指标体系和基于熵权理论的TOPSIS(接近理想点法)评价模型.以此为基础,对温州藤桥服装产业集群中的相关服装企业进行案例分析,运用熵权法赋予服装企业节能环保指标的权重,借助TOPSIS模型计算各服装企业与理想解、负理想解的距离,根据相对接近度由大到小对被调查企业进行环保节能排序,并分析相应结论.

Abstract:The energy saving environmental protection indicator system in garment industry was built according to the four levels of industry clusters,government or industry organizations,enterprises and customers,and the TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)evaluation model was based on entropy weight theory.Based on these,a case study of the related garment enterprises in Wenzhou Tengqiao garment industry cluster was carried on;the energy saving environmental protection indicator for the garment enterprises was provided through applying to entropy weight method,the distance between ideal solution and negative ideal solution in various garment enterprises was calculated by using TOPSIS model.According to the relative proximity,the surveyed enterprises in descending order in the aspect of environment protection and energy saving were ranked,and the corresponding conclusion was analyzed.
