基于点-面接触算法的叶片/盘组件三维有限元分析

摘    要:基于虚功原理导出了点-面接触模型的三维接触有限元分析的控制方程,应用该方法对叶片/盘组件进行了三维接触非线性有限元模拟,并对该方法的计算结果与大型有限元分析软件MARC的计算结果及不考虑接触的常规方法所得计算结果进行了比较、分析.研究结果表明:该方法的计算结果与国际商用软件MARC的计算结果接近,两者的最大相对误差不超过4%;在计算中,没有人为地假设边界条件,在刚度方程中引入接触关系及循环对称关系,所得计算结果比采用不考虑接触的常规方法所得的计算结果更符合实际.

Abstract:A control equation of three dimension contact finite element of point-surface contact model is deduced according to the principle of virtual work, and three dimension contact nonlinear finite element analysis of blade and disc assembly is made by means of this theory. The calculated results are compared with those of international commercial software MARC and general method, i.e., taking no account of contact method. The results show that the calculated results are in fairly good agreement with those of international commercial software MARC, and the maximum relative error is less than 4%, and they are more reliable and more accordant to engineering practice than those of general method taking no account of contact because the contact relation and the circular symmetry relation are cited in stiffness equation and factitious boundary condition are not assumed in finite element analysis.
