摘    要:运用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法加基体改进技术,直接测定了人血清及环境水样中锗和锶的含量,在最佳实验条件下,锗和锶的特征含量分别为28和18pg,线性范围分别为250和35.0μg·L~(-1),相对标准偏差Sr分别为4.08%和6.48%,回收率分别为92.2%~99.0%和92.0%~102%.该方法具有高灵敏度、高精密度、快速准确等特点,尤其适宜取样量少且基体复杂的生物样品分析.

Abstract:The conditions of determination of Ge and Sr in human serum and environmental water are studied by Zeeman graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry with different graphite tubes and several matrix modified technology. Under the best experimental conditions, the characteristic contents of Ge and Sr are 28 and 18pg, relative standard deviations(n=10) are 4.08% and 6.48%, the rate of recovery are 92.2%~99.0% and 92.0%~102% respectively. The linear range are 250 and 35.0ng. This method has high sensitivity, high precision and high speed. It is especially suitable for the analysis of organisms which has small sampling quantity and complex matrix.
