等离子喷焊单片机控制系统研究

摘    要:针对国内等离子喷焊系统采用的硅整流电源存在整个系统体积庞大、笨重的现状,采用IGBT逆变电源,控制系统则采用单片机控制技术代替传统的模拟控制技术,设计出了一套单片机控制的小型化的等离子喷焊系统.主电路为单电源供电,控制电路以高性能单片机80C196KC为核心,实现了对喷焊过程的自动控制.喷焊试验结果表明,整个等离子喷焊系统的体积和重量都大大减小,达到了设计目标.

Abstract:Aimed at recent situation that a bulky and sluggish plasma transferred arc hardfacing system with silicon rectifier is commonly used domestically, the IGBT inverter is adopted as its power source and the control technique with monolithic computer is substituted for conventional analog one in the control system. A set of miniature system of plasma transferred arc hardfacing with monolithic computer control is designed. Its principal circuit is that of single power supply and the control circuit takes the high-performance monolithic computer 80C196KC as its kernel to implement automatic control of hardfacing process. The hardfacing experiment shows that the equipment volume and weight are reduced greatly and the design object of the system is achieved.
